Aramour Farm, Xuân Trường, Đà Lạt

Aramour sources its coffee from a named farm of its own in Xuân Trường, Đà Lạt — not just through an anonymous middleman. "Sustainable sourcing" is the first of three pillars the brand states about itself.

That's a real role at the company — we're not attaching an individual's name to it, since Aramour's own public material never names one either.

02 · Roast

From an in-house contest to the seasonal cup

Roasting, tasting, and adjustment happen in-house. Aramour's seasonal drinks menu starts as an internal drink-development competition among its own baristas.

Both were chosen by the barista team as their two seasonal favorites, later featured together in a "Home for the Holiday" seasonal-menu graphic. Aramour has never listed a price for either anywhere — so neither do we.

Still becoming

Ara Garden is built with real clay bricks, and its second floor is still unfinished as of this material's capture date. Aramour doesn't hide it — construction dust and half-finished walls are a real, honest part of the opening story.

Three real doors, three sets of hours

Aramour isn't one café — it's three currently-operating Saigon locations, each with its own address and its own hours.

Hours: Mon–Tue: 7AM–6PM · Thu–Sun: 7AM–7PM

The newest door, soft-opened 25.04.2026. The figure above is the bio's headline hours — but two different caption sign-off blocks instead state narrower variants: "Everyday: 7AM–6PM" and "Everyday: 7AM–7PM." The three real sources don't agree; we're not silently picking one — call ahead if you're coming from far.

A courtyard space built with real red clay bricks — the second floor is still being finished. Aramour calls it a place "still becoming."

Not a hard sell — a habit worth keeping

The avocado tree at the bar

A barista once sprouted an avocado seed at the bar counter, almost by accident. Regulars started asking about it, so the team grew more seedlings and began gifting the potted saplings to customers who kept coming back. Aramour tells it as a small parable for what the brand values: not just coffee, but a space for connections to happen naturally.

Sip & Save — the loyalty card

Every drink ≥60,000₫ earns 1 stamp
5 stamps = 1 free sticker set
10 stamps = 1 free drink (up to 75,000₫ value)
15 stamps = 1 free pastry (up to 65,000₫ value)
Card valid ~6 months from the first stamp

Launched as a limited print run in late November, first at the Thảo Điền and Bình Thạnh doors, paired with a curated in-store playlist — part of the same ritual-over-hard-sell spirit.
