Not just a theme — Cú Trên Cây is built around a real treehouse/loft structure, reached by a wooden ladder, tucked among potted plants and string lights.

The beans are roasted from anh Phước's farm in Cầu Đất, Đà Lạt — a grower with 20 years in the coffee business. In December 2023, the Cú team visited his farm in person, calling it a small way of supporting genuine Vietnamese agricultural producers.

No artificial preservatives or sweeteners: the lemongrass tea is cooked from real lemongrass stalks, and the house almond milk is made from whole almonds.

A postcard from PangPe

Not the shop itself, but a K'Ho ethnic-minority village called PangPe near Đà Lạt — a place the Cú team keeps returning to — is where the real inspiration begins: quiet afternoons with the village children (one named Bé Bom), a dog the team calls “Cú Mén,” valley smoke from burning fields, and early mornings “bathing in the forest” at sunrise.
